Ensuring your website ranks highly in search results isn’t a game of chance, our processes and systems ensure that we are driving organic traffic directly to your website.

Stage 1 – Situation Analysis

Your business is unique; it is different, and we treated as such. In this first step, we perform a Situational Analysis to find out exactly where your business it at. We need to learn everything about your situation so we can start to drive growth.

1. Discovery

We kick off the learning process with a Brand and Market Analysis. You might get a little sick of us here, but we like to learn as much as possible about your business and industry. After all, no one knows it better than you.

2. Analytics Audit

3. Industry Research

It is important for us to study other websites in your niche and see what is working and what’s not. Allowing us to see which channels are going to suit your business best.

4. Technical Website Audit

Before we even look at building inbound links back to your site, we have to ensure that your site is functioning correctly. Using industry tools we perform a complete technical audit of your website.

Transactional keywords are mapped to service pages, and Informational keywords are mapped to blog or resources type pages.

2. Customer Personas

If you haven’t already created your Customer Personas we’ll do this for you. We don’t aim to please everyone. We develop personas so we make sure that we are delivering the right message to the right people at the right time. Read our persona blog for more information on personas.

1. Begin Content Creation

We are straight into creating the content, this can often take the most time. Content is King or Queen. Here we are producing the valuable resources which is going to help us build quality links back to the site.

2. Perform Technical Updates

While the content is being created our technical team (or your developers) start performing all the technical updates required to your website ensuring everything is up to scratch.

From the information gathered in the Analytical review the team goes through ensuring everything is set-up correctly. Including installing Google Tag Manager, setting up custom dashboards, tracking events, goals and more.

4. Organic Content promotion

Simply publishing your content isn’t enough. We have invested too much to leave it to chance. Our team commences organically promoting your content through the most appropriate channels.

5. Skyscraper outreach

The ‘Skyscraper’ technique involves our team finding websites that are already linking to pieces of content similar to what we have produced. We then contact that site and offer them a better piece of content to link to.

6. Outreach

Our Outreach Managers are continually pitching ideas and looking for opportunities to run guest posts, sponsored posts, local blog opportunities and more.

7. Content Link building

Content link building covers the pieces of content that are created on your site for other sites to link to. These are the most involved and we like to produce at least 1 of these per month for the duration of your campaign.

Stage 6 – Control

We take reporting and analysis seriously, its what helps us ensure that your campaign is going to be successful.

1. Reporting and Analysis

At the end of each month you’ll receive a report outlining work completed, links created and traffic generated. You also have access to your working file so you can see what is happening and when.
